Here you can get user picture frames for Windows 7 User Picture Frame Changer:

I can see it is changing. ( I downloaded the program. ) I see the different picture, but I don't see any changes in my start folder. I did log out and logged in but I still didn't see it. you must restart the cpu?

I have an 64x bits. does it work on it? windows 7 home basic

Won't return the User Pic frame to the default. Is there a way to uninstall the app?
