Metro UI Colors Changer is a freeware from door2windows that allows you to change the colors of many metro elements of Windows 8. For instance, the start screen & logon screen background color, start screen tile background color, start screen tile font color etc.
How To Use:
Run the tool as administrator and click on the colors that you want to change. A color dialog will let you select the color. After you have changed the colors to your liking, click the Change All button. If you want to restore all the colors to their default value, click the Restore All button.
