Hey I use windows 7 32 bit, I started the program as an admin, and suddenly I had the icon. The programm doesn’t starts now. How can I remove the file?

I got a problem.

I downloaded the program and it automatically changed to the GIF, now I cant get rid of it or change it. No window came up saying anything, I double clicked on the program (running it) and it auto changed with no windows comming up. I also double clicked the program again and nothing happened, please help

hey it didn't worked for me. i cannot restore even after i click on restore orb. The icon original icon disappears and there is just a blank taskbar left with no icon?? what is this? please help me out of this problem.
