Type REGEDIT in start menu search box or run and press Enter.

Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell

Right-Click on shell and select New -> Key. Name it Restart Aero.

Right-Click on Restart Aero and select New -> Key. Name it Command.

In the right-side pane, double-click on (Default).

In the Value Data box, type CMD /C NET STOP UXSMS & NET START UXSMS.

Click OK.
Now you will get the option in your desktop context menu.
