Drive Icon Changer is a free portable tool that allows you to change your drive icons in Windows 7 with ease.
How to use:

Run the tool as administrator.

Select the drive of which you want to change the icon.

Click Install.

Select the icon that you want to apply to the drive you selected. You can find nice icons here.

Click OK. Now the icon of the drive you selected will be changed:
