How To Make The Menubar Permanently Appear In Windows 7/Vista Explorer

  1. Open Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Folder Options.

  2. Select the View tab.

  3. Check Always Show Menus.

  4. Click OK.

Now the menubar will permanently appear in Windows 7/Vista explorer.
